Monday to Thursday: For same day purchases until 10:00 hrs. pick up from 15:00 hrs. to 17:00 hrs. and for purchases from 10:01 hrs. pick up the next day from 10:00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs.
Friday: For purchases the same day until 10:00 hrs, pick up until 16:00 hrs. Weekends and holidays: pick up the next business day.
SHIPPING
Santiago:
- Between 2 to 3 working days
- Peripheral areas of Santiago: Between 3 to 7 working days.
Regions:
- Dispatch between III and X Region: Between 7 to 10 working days.
- Dispatch in I, II, XI, XII and XV: Between 15 to 20 working days.
- Excluding Sundays and holidays.
* Purchases made during special campaigns, special sales and large liquidation have a delivery period for RM (5 to 10 working days) and for regions 7 to 12 working days extra to their normal delivery time.
* Purchases made from Monday to Thursday after 17:00 hrs will be considered as purchases made on the following business day.
* Purchases made on Fridays from 17:00 hrs until Sunday will be considered as purchases made on Monday or the following business day.
* Purchases made on holidays will be considered as purchases made on the following business day.
* These times may vary without prior notice depending on imponderable logistical factors.
* In case of not finding who receives the product after the second attempt, the product will return to the warehouse to be picked up in the same prior coordination.
